This WordPress plugin automatically makes posts over a given age private, so they disappear from the public archives.
You can optionally nominate some categories that you deem timeless enough to persist.
NB! As this is a first release, I’d advise you to back up up your database before using it.
It’s worth noting this slows down post publishing a bit (about 1 second on my server), depending on the speed of your server and the size of your wordpress database.
