For this reason, I finally got around to finding and installing forum software on meidell.dk, so all you happy (and unhappy) plugin users can discuss to your hearts content, and so I have an easier time finding and sorting through the many, many support requests, bug reports, etc, that pile up in comments on this blog.

Michael Heilemann updated Brians Latest Comments to 1.5.8 and added compatibility with the new wordpress versions.

Besides that, I also moved the project to google code, where you can add issues and requests to the issue tracker, contribute code and so forth.

Image Tools, Easy Tags and BlogHelper all need attention.
I am planning to rework both Image Tools and re-release BlogHelper under a different name – it's very likely that I will merge the two.

This release should fix the Time Since bug that has been reported numerous times.

I also added a new feature:
Comment temperature
(thanks to Michael for that term).
The comments now fade between two colors depending on their age. It gives an impression of the relative ages of the messages.
This makes it easier to see if it's a single new comment on an old post that has floated the comment to the top or if there's general activity.

You can set the colors to fade between and the max number of days in which to fade from newest to oldest.
The default settings fade from a dark grey (newest) to a light grey (oldest) in 10 days.

Update 2005-11-13:
Fixed a few bugs and upgraded version number to 1.5.7.

It's a bit of work though, and that's not something I particularly need right now.

Now the comment count only counts approved comments.

I migrated to WordPress 1.5.
It was a bit dirty. And there's quite a bit of Kubrick code here. But I'll get to that when hell freezes over.

I am quite excited that WP1.5 is out. Developing plugins for 1.3-pre (a moving target) and/or 1.2 (which was about to be antiquated) was a tedious affair, and I will definitely enjoy developing plugins for 1.5 much more than previously.

I have decided to adopt a "don't look back" policy – all my plugins will be fixed for 1.5, and the old versions will go unmaintained. Expect to see new versions in the near future.

If there are any problems with the site, drop a comment – assuming they are still working.
