It has been clear for a long time that blog comments is a very poor place for people to discuss troubleshooting and configuration of my wordpress plugins.

Michael Heilemann updated Brians Latest Comments to 1.5.8 and added compatibility with the new wordpress versions.

Besides that, I also moved the project to google code, where you can add issues and requests to the issue tracker, contribute code and so forth.

Get the fresh version from Google Code.

I have just now tested the two most popular WordPress plugins I have made (Brians Latest Comments and Brians Threaded Comments) with WordPress 2.0, and found that they work just fine.

Image Tools, Easy Tags and BlogHelper all need attention.

This release should fix the Time Since bug that has been reported numerous times.

I also added a new feature:
Comment temperature
(thanks to Michael for that term).
The comments now fade between two colors depending on their age. It gives an impression of the relative ages of the messages.
