Having recently been through the process, I thought I'd write some of the things I feel would have helped me, had I not known them.

I tried finding out how EMI and iTunes Plus are doing, but I was unable to find any info. If anyone heard something, write a comment. I want iTunes Plus to do well, because I'd like a legal way to buy digital music, that works outside of the US and isn't infected with content restriction.
