Playstation 3 media center? (PS3)

It seems that Sony are allowing users to install other OS' on the PS3, rather than going the normal and annoying route of locking the system down.

I am guessing this is a move that comes from seeing the success of the original XBox Media Center.

First of all, the mac keyboard started sucking less. The layout is still crap (it's international english, with the 7-shaped return key), but the feel of the keys doesn't tire out my wrists as it did the first two days.
