Announcing ftpm

As my first undertaking in the marvellous scripting language ruby, I rewrote my half python implementation of ftpm in ruby and actually finished a beta version.

Ftpm is a simple command line "site manager" that makes it easy to get and put your files to and from your webserver via ftp.
