I just got my dispatch notice from W.H. Smith.

Soon I am getting:

Vernor Vinge – Across Realtime
James Clavell – King Rat
Dan Simmons – Hyperion

Crichtons Rising Sun is one of the two books I have yet to read (Congo being the other one).

Right now I am Jutland visiting Annas parents.

They have an old Amitech PC from 2000 which sounded like a vacuum cleaner when it was on, so I offered to make it a bit more quiet.

Quickie Wiki

I just implemented a sort of wiki, using the impressive HTMLArea for editing. It took me little more than an hour.

It has a semi-defunct search function, a page list, page revisions and wysiwyg editing.

It's just a "sketch" of what I might make. There's no security or limitations to what kind of HTML you can put [...]
